You can't photograph your own car?

A Mustang car club wanted to publish a calendar with
photos, but the printing company refused, saying that
Ford would first have to give permission. In the end,
Ford said, "All you have to do is ask!" But is that
right? If you buy something, can't you photograph it?
And then can't you use that photograph however you
wish? Not necessarily!
The Neighborhood Cat

Seeing a cat in your neighborhood isn't all that
unusual. Neither is it terribly unusual to see this
Bobcat who has been spotted regularly hunting in
the wetlands around homes in Folsom, California.

Are HDR images really better?

HDR, bracketing and blending exposures, will produce
more detail, but is the image really better? Doug
says no. He prefers working with a single RAW file.
Mike says you can lose apparent sharpness when
HDR reduces contrast. Gary's photo of a church chapel
with Christmas decorations demonstrates what happens
when you use HDR. What do you think?
